These terms govern use of the DineUp restaurant marketplace, including restaurant accounts, listings, visibility bidding, payments, and related services.

Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting access to their accounts. Restaurant partners must have authority to represent the restaurant they submit or claim.

Marketplace and bidding

DineUp may display restaurants according to marketplace rules and paid visibility positions. A bid does not guarantee customer traffic, sales, reservations, or a particular business outcome. DineUp may reject, pause, or remove listings that violate applicable rules or law.

Payments and refunds

Where a paid feature is used, payment is processed through the configured payment provider. Refund eligibility and amounts are governed by the applicable transaction and refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, manipulate marketplace activity, or interfere with payment, security, or availability systems.

Service changes

DineUp may modify features, pricing, marketplace rules, or availability as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
