Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid DineUp marketplace and visibility transactions.

Before payment

Review the restaurant, bid amount, and transaction details before completing payment. A pending bid that is not successfully paid may expire according to marketplace rules.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued where a transaction is cancelled, reversed, duplicated, or otherwise determined to be refundable under DineUp's applicable transaction rules. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider and may take additional time to appear in the original payment method.

Partial and full refunds

Where applicable, DineUp may issue a partial refund or a full refund. The amount actually refunded is recorded against the transaction.

Include your registered email, restaurant, transaction or bid reference, amount, and reason when contacting contact@dineupindia.com.

Fraud and disputes

Transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity may be investigated and may be paused or reversed where appropriate.
