DineUp uses information needed to provide its restaurant marketplace and partner services. This may include account details, restaurant information, communications, usage events, and payment-related identifiers.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, operate restaurant listings and bidding features, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, process payments through payment providers, and improve the service.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. DineUp does not request or store your full card, banking, or UPI credentials in the application database. Payment providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.

Analytics

DineUp may record events such as profile views, calls, WhatsApp clicks, directions, menu clicks, and website clicks to measure marketplace activity.

Security and retention

We use authentication, access controls, database security policies, rate limits, and audit logging appropriate to the service. Information is retained only as needed for operating the service, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
